Q: When is the next Call for Papers?
A: Authors can submit papers at any time and it will be published online in the next issue if accepted.

Q: How much do I have to pay for Publication Fee?

Q: Where can I find Manuscript Preparation Guidelines?
A: The format of AAJ Manuscript is given in Downloads section. Just Download the format and prepare the manuscript in the prescribed format.

Q: Where can I find Copyrights Transfer Form?
A: Kindly refer to Downloads section. If your paper is selected, download the Copyright Form from the page and send it with the final version of paper.

Q: How does the review process work?
A: The review of articles is done through a blind peer review. All the articles received by AAJ are send to Review Committee after deleting the name of the author to have an unbiased opinion about the research.

Q: How do you choose the reviewers?
A: Eminent academicians are on the editorial and advisory board of AAJ along with that we have a panel of renowned academicians and industry professionals to review the research articles.

Q: How long does it take for paper review process?
A: AAJ aims to be monthly online journal. We normally takes 4 to 6 days for review process.

Q: How to submit a paper?
A: Submit your manuscript electronically via email to aajbapatala@gmail.com. To submit a manuscript electronically you need paper in DOC/DOCX format.

Q:How do I submit the paper?
A: The researcher needs to email the paper to aajbapatala@gmail.com  . Editorial support staffs shall acknowledge the receipt of the manuscript within 24 hours. Detailed information is available in the Call for Paper page.

Q: How much time to complete a review?
A: Each submission undergoes detailed review by appointed domain experts and peer-reviews by domain peers. Entire process takes 15-30 days or more, to complete the review process.

Q: How to correct an experimental data in my published paper?
A: Contact the editorial team at editor@AAJonline.org . Mention the changes and provide the revised manuscript. The revised manuscript shall be published in accordance to AAJ article policies.

Q: I haven’t received any AAJ notification even after 30 days of submission!
A: Depending on your personal spam filter settings it is possible that the notification email may be directed to your spam folder rather than your inbox. If this is not the case, we request you to escalate the issue to editor@AAJonline.org . You shall be informed on the status within 24 hours.

Q: My paper exceeds 10 pages!
A: AAJ policies allow the publication of a paper consisting of maximum of 10 number of pages including abstract and references. In case if your article exceeds the limit extra charge per page will be charged which is mentioned in publication charges. For Details, Click Here.

Q: Do I need to submit the copyright form along with the manuscript?
A: No, copyright forms shall be accepted by AAJ only if the submission is accepted for publication.

Q: How can we publish our conference proceedings with AAJ?
A: The conference organizers should email a request to editor@AAJonline.org . The conference shall be evaluated by AAJ advisory panels. Once approval is granted by the panel, the conference organizers shall be asked to submit the conference proceedings with AAJ. The proceedings shall be published and available in both print and online versions.

Q: Is publication of conference free-of-cost?
A: Publication of conference proceedings is at very nominal charge of Rs. 1000/- per paper for online maintenance of journal.

Q: How much does time is needed to publish the proceedings?
A: AAJ typesetting teams shall require a minimum of 15 days (from the date of submission of the proceedings’ papers) to complete the publication process in both print and online formats.

Q: Is there any particular paper format?
A: AAJ recommends the conference organizers to accept the final papers according to the AAJ paper template. The set of papers should be submitted to AAJ in DOC/DOCX format.
